Refund and Refund Policy

1. Overview

Condoplan provides professional floor plan drafting and CAD drawing services based on client-submitted sketches and specifications. As our services involve custom digital work tailored to each client, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

2. Order Cancellation

Clients may cancel their order and receive a full refund only if the cancellation request is submitted before work has commenced.

Once drafting work has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued.

3. Custom Digital Services

All drawings delivered by Condoplan are custom-made digital products created specifically according to the client’s submitted sketches and instructions.

Due to the personalized nature of these services:

Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered

4. Revisions Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. Each project includes:

Minor revisions to correct drafting errors or align with the originally submitted instructions
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of file delivery

Major changes, additional scope requests, or changes to the original sketch may require an additional fee.

5. Errors & Responsibility

Condoplan is responsible for drafting accuracy based on the information provided by the client.

We are not responsible for:

Changes in project scope after drafting has begun

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid grounds under this policy may result in suspension of services and formal dispute resolution procedures.
