Revision Policy

Overview

At Condoplan, we aim to deliver accurate and professional CAD drawings based on the sketches and information provided by our clients. This Revision Policy explains how revisions are handled after delivery.

Included Revisions

Each project includes:

• Minor revisions to correct drafting errors
• Adjustments that align with the original submitted sketch and instructions
• Revision requests submitted within 7 days of file delivery

Not Included

The following are not considered revisions and may require additional fees:

• Changes to dimensions not included in the original submission
• Major layout modifications
• New rooms, walls, or structural changes
• Scope changes after drafting has started

Additional Revisions

Requests beyond the included revision scope will be quoted separately and must be approved before work continues.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear instructions. Condoplan drafts drawings based solely on the information submitted.
